My name is Charles Davis. I bring more than 16 years of hands on experience working in California employment and civil litigation environments, with a career built inside plaintiff law firms handling class actions, wage and hour matters, and complex employment disputes.

From 2009 through 2016, I worked as a legal assistant for plaintiff class action practices, supporting attorneys with legal research, trial preparation, court filings at the Superior, Appellate, and U.S. District Court levels, and day to day litigation operations. Earlier in my career, I served as a legal assistant and office manager in a civil litigation firm, gaining deep exposure to firm operations, client coordination, calendaring, and litigation support.

Since 2017, I have served solely as an Intake Coordinator for California employment class action firms, where I have been responsible for receiving and screening all inbound leads, conducting detailed intake interviews, determining case type and viability, and assisting with obtaining class member declarations. This role requires accurate case evaluation, clear documentation, and the ability to manage high volumes of calls without sacrificing accuracy or professionalism.
